Founding partner of the affiliated private-fund platform’s fund business; oversees day-to-day fund operations. Has led EB-5 investment activity since 2009 and has been involved in substantial real estate investment volume through affiliated platforms.
Bradley J. Snyder — Managing Partner
Founding partner; responsible for deal sourcing, underwriting, negotiation, and asset management across commercial real estate strategies through affiliated platforms.
JoAnn Covington — Operations Director
Oversees operating strategy, investor support coordination, and international business development, with a focus on cross-border client and investor networks—including the China marketand on client experience and operating efficiency.
Mark Stroud Jr. — Investment Manager
More than a decade of commercial and residential real estate experience. Previously served as President and CEO of a real estate investment firm, covering sourcing, capital markets, asset management, and investor relations.
Brandon Rosser — Investment Manager
More than 20 years focused on commercial real estate capital structuring, development, acquisitions, and operations. Oversees financing strategy and fund documentation for the platform.
Brian Katz, CFA — Investment Manager
More than 15 years in banking, insurance, and real estate finance. Prior experience includes the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and credit risk management at Goldman Sachs; serves as a director of several banks and insurance companies.
Charles Cleveland — Investment Manager
Oversees day-to-day operations across the platform. Previously Vice President of Operations at a multi-unit Florida restaurant brand; holds real estate and mortgage broker licenses.
Patrick Kenny, CPA — Investment Manager
Oversees finance, accounting, and investor reporting. Previously an auditor in PwC’s Asset & Wealth Management practice serving alternative fund clients; licensed CPA.
Justin Nikolich, CPA — Fund Administrator
More than a decade in fund audit at PwC; later CFO at a real estate company leading diversified expansion. Focused on professional financial and administrative services to the funds.
Crystal DiJoseph, CPA — Fund Administrator
Experience across funds, real estate, and technology. Previously Director of Finance at a real estate investment platform and Audit Manager at PwC serving global PE and hedge fund clients.
Angela Spurlin, CPA — VP & CFO (affiliated equity platform)
Oversees financial reporting and tax for an affiliated equity investment portfolio. Rejoined the firm in 2024 after earlier service as Controller; Master’s in Accounting from the University of South Florida; U.S. CPA.
Yiwei Zhang — Financial Analyst
Since 2018, has led feasibility modeling, return analysis, and market research for EB-5 and private equity funds. Holds degrees from Boston University and Bentley University.
